About This Course

An Electronic Medical Record (EMR) is an electronic version of a patients medical history, that is maintained by the healthcare providers ( doctors, nurses) over time. It includes all of the key administrative clinical data including demographics, progress notes, problems, medications, vital signs, past medical history, immunizations, laboratory data and radiology reports. The EHR automates access to information and has the potential to streamline the clinician's workflow. The EHR also has the ability to support other care-related activities directly or indirectly through various interfaces, including evidence-based decision support, quality management, and outcomes reporting.

In this training, we will focus on how to record patient formation in digital platoform so that iformation will be avaibale for future treatments, fallow up visits and medical research

Hari Received his Master’s degree in Physics in 2006 from Tribhuvan University Kathmandu and his PhD. in Experimental Nuclear Physics in 2014 from Florida International University. Since graduating, Hari has been working as a Scientist in Artificial Intelligence. Hari has a lot of experience teaching Physics, Computer programming, and machine learning to academic and non-academic students.
